"It was a pleasant trip and our second time staying here. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were there for our daughter's school event and it was my birthday too! It was clean and quiet."

"The hotel staff is very friendly and the pleasant fellow at the front desk gave me free bottles of water when I checked in. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC. It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant. Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee. This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment."

"The staff are the front desk were pleasant and helpful. However, the hotel is outdated and in desperate need of repair and replacement. Basic cleanliness was ok at best. However the overall appearance, stained couch, fluorescent light, yellowed switch plates, rusted metals gave a very rundown appearance and feel. Way overpriced!"
