「Very nice comfortable room with friendly staff and excellent breakfast.」

「Great place to stay in boothbay. The owner is nice and place is clean. 」

「Room smelled strongly of old cooked food (Indian?). Windows were already left open to air the room out when we arrived. Luckily, we arrived early enough to run the fan for a couple of hours prior to going to bed. Room should not have been rented that day. Am continental buffet was good. Coffee was pretty good.」

「Location is close to what we wanted (botanical gardens and Boothbay Harbor shops). The plusses were free breakfast, nice trails connected to property, icecream across the street. The minuses were the pool/hot tub not open as expected,our room was not deep cleaned.」

「Very grim, cheap motel, couldn't even spend the night there due to allergies. Cigarette butts near the front door. 15 watt lighting in the interior. Left before sleeping」
