On the 1st floor of a new residence, (2023) at the entrance of Monetier les Bains, 1km from the ski lifts and the village center, beautiful T3 for 4 people.

Composed of an entrance, a bright living room with balcony facing South, a terrace facing West, mountain view, a fitted and equipped kitchen.

Kitchen equipment: 3-burner induction hob, hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer (+ a mini freezer in the cellar), oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, raclette/pierrade machine...
Coffee maker with percolator.
WIFI

A bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. A separate toilet, a storage room.
-A double bedroom with 160cm bed, access to the south balcony.
-A bedroom with 2 single beds in 80 x 190cm (which can be pushed together for a double bed),
-A sofa bed in the living room (extra bed)
