"The shower drain was clogged; we reported it after the first night, but it kept flooding. This was a negative aspect regarding the room rating. The bath towels are very small. Besides, talking about other aspects the beds were very nice and the size of the room perfect! About the staff at reception, they were all very nice! The breakfast wasn’t so good as we expected. The juices were mixed with too much water. They told me that guest like it this way, I really doubt it!!! Orange juice was really horrible, today happened the same with the apple juice. People who served me at the bar were very nice and friendly."

"The receptionist/concierge was very helpful at check-in, providing a map of the city and several restaurant suggestions. They were equally fast, efficient, polite, and helpful during checkout. The room had adequate space, was very clean, very ergonomic, with a safe and ample drawer space, had a nice view, provided fast internet, was not too loud, possessed effective air conditioning, and had a phenomenal location proximal to everything I wanted to do and see in Salzburg. In addition, the bathroom had a sufficiently large vanity to space my items, which is something I appreciate vs. very narrow vanities. Breakfast was excellent, with several hot choices and many cold choices. I never left breakfast hungry or unsatisfied."
