「徹底的な省人化を進めているホテルと理解しました(事前にそこまでとは思っていなかったほど)。フロントには誰もおらず、というかフロント自体無いのでは、と言う感じ。 設備も部屋もシャワーも、全て綺麗で整っていたし、チェックインの方法に関しても事前にわざわざWhat'sAppで連絡を頂けたので、戸惑うことはなかった。滞在中、バスタオルの交換がされないので、What'sAppで問い合わた ところ、すぐにスタッフが持って行くとの返事あり。約1時間後に、受領確認の連絡あり、まだ来ていないと回答した所、ちょうどスタッフがいないので、タオル置き場まで取りに行って欲しい、との事。言われる通り対応したので、支障はなかった。 人を選ぶホテルかと思いました、フロントスタッフとの会話や朝食、ホテルバーでの時間を楽しみたい人には不向きかと。人との接触は不要で、機械的にこなしたい、他人の干渉が嫌な方には向いていると思います。 我が家は特に不満はなく過ごす事ができましたが、人によっては評価が分かれるかと思います。」

「Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm groß. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist hervorragend, man kann bequem durch den Berg in die Stadt spazieren. Im Sommer ist die Unterkunft jedoch aufgrund der enormen Hitzeentwicklung nicht zu empfehlen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Leider war es im Zimmer so heiß, dass ich nicht dort übernachten konnte und nach 22:00 Uhr wieder abgereist bin.」
