"Much better experience than our previous stay on Mar 6th. We arrived at about 2:45 am (had messaged hotel earlier that we had a late flight arriving at Moncton Airport). I had completed online check-in so it was very quick when we arrived. Front Desk Staff was very pleasant and helped us with our luggage (we were on 2nd floor) and gave us a map (didn't get one on March 6th). We had a Deluxe King room that was better than the 2 Queens we had before. Room was OK. Public areas (carpet on stairs) are looking tired. Breakfast was OK. Lots of fresh food. Was very busy with families with small kids but still lots of space. Checkout in the morning was very quick."

"Clean big rooms and great staff. Continental breakfast was pretty bad though and only one elevator worked the whole weekend "

"The room was good, the front of house staff were great, the cleaning staff amazing but the resturant staff made us feel like we couldnt afford to eat in there. They also told us (a party of 5) that they had no menus just a buffet for $18.00 but yet let other patrons use the menu. "

"Excellent value. Clean rooms the staff were very friendly and offered to upgrade our room at no cost. The hot breakfast was a really nice surprise. I would certainly stay there again."

"Room was not very clean dust everywhere ..bedding was clean and comfy Breakfast was not the best was OK As soin you arrive on site outside all 3 flag are all in pièce... When we went for check out the guy at lobby took time to answer because he was on his personal phone Its not a Best Western plus at all "
