The air conditioning did not work and our room was not cleaned up after the first day. Fortunately, the staff was very kind and helpful to fix these issues in short time. Thank you for their reactivity !
The downside for us was the lack of space in the room and bathroom to handle the luggages and stuffs.

Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.

"Literally booked a room here as I was riding my motorbike South. Booked at 21:00hrs as I was wet and cold and it was cheap. No other reason apart from location and cost but what a pleasant surprise. I was in room A1 which has clearly just been renovated and it was immaculate and far better standard ..."

"The room was clean but very sterile. The shower was very low pressure. The room was not very sound-proofed. We had one on floor two at the end of the corridor and could hear all the noises above on floor three. There was nothing in the room e.g. no coffee machine or kettle. No mini-bar or fridge. ..."
