    "The room itself was fine. But just a few hours before arrival (and after the free cancellation window) the hotel emailed us to say they were overbooked and they had rebooked us into another hotel. Free parking was just for 4 hours (not overnight). On arrival we couldn't work the touch screen and get our automated key so had to stand outside in the freezing cold for 10 minutes while phoning for help. After leaving we got an email from the original hotel saying that we were a "no show" and would..."
