GIOTTO real estate agency offers you this beautiful and large air-conditioned 3-room apartment with large terrace (sea view and old town of Menton) on the garden level of a quiet luxury residence with swimming pool.
Apartment of approximately 70sqm facing southwest and composed of:
Living room with sofa bed.
Separate kitchen with traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, American fridge, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
Bedroom with double bed and plenty of storage space as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower and sink.
Bedroom with twin beds and storage.
Bathroom with shower and WC.
Separate toilet with hand basin.
