"The inside of the house was beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The floors were immaculate. "This property is a little on the older side and is showing its age, but it was very clean and comfortable. This is a townhouse with shared walls on either side, but that was not a problem for us. We traveled with our dogs, so the private fenced back yard was great to have. The neighborhood seems cozy and safe. Jessica was a great host and easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider staying here again when we come back!"

"This was a great clean little home and was stock with everything we needed. Each bathroom had an adorable gift box with nice smelling essentials like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath salts, bar soap etc. and the kitchen had one too with dish taps, dish soap, a sponge etc. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The house has a garage which was available for us to utilize (we were visiting to move our son home from college), we appreciate everything. Thank You!"

"This quaint older home met our needs well for a weekend with my PCC grandchildren. The location was convenient to anywhere in Pensacola we wished to go. The house itself was clean and nicely decorated. The small kitchen was nicely equipped for meal prep. Our host was quick to respond when we needed information. Parking on the yard felt a bit strange but it worked fine for our 2 vehicles."

"I was so excited to stay here. I envisioned walking down that long, curvy pier to the end each day to watch the sunset, rocking in those rocking chairs cooled by the ceiling fans and reading a good book, sunning by the pool at night in the beautifully lit pool, watching all the different types of birds with the thoughtfully provided binoculars, and generally enjoying all the peace and quiet. "Very spacious stay. There was a few things broken upon arrival and I told the host. Nothing crazy or anything that made our stay uncomfortable. They said there was a party the night before, so that’s not their fault. The fridge wouldn’t cool, which wasn’t ideal. But the bathrooms could have been cleaned better. They smelled like urine, and just didn’t look so clean. "

"We enjoyed location. Teens enjoyed loft upstairs and separate space with their own full bathroom. Be prepared no closets. Should get rack in laundry room or rooms. We were 8 people in town for wedding and events with no where to hang multiple days of nice clothing. Other than that, home was great, backyard enjoyable and peaceful, stones throw from amazing Italian restaurant, quick walk to coffee shop diner and Krispy Kreme and 5 min drive from downtown which is where all our events took place....
