Only slight downside is the rooms did not seem to have a ton of sound proofing on the interior - so if others got in late you could hear them coming into their room or down the hallway. The fellow at the front desk was extremely helpful with everything especially letting us in on the fact that there is an outdoor elevator 2 blocks away directly into the St Michel-Notre Dame train station. The breakfast room was tidy & well-stocked. The room although it had a balcony over the street was very small as per older European hotels. Bed comfy, sheets nice, everything clean but room size just a tad crowded for 2 people. A good little place though.
