Excellent location for convenience to the motorway, but therefore noisy with windows open. Once closed, excellent sound-proofing. Lots of free parking. Not a lot to do in the vacinity, but bar food good.

The hotel is located in a lovely residential area with bus stops nearby making it easy to travel back and forth to San Sebastián or take the ferry over to Hendaye France.

What i disliked was the fact expedia do not inform people
that the hotel has a wedding reception every saturday, so the restaurant and bar are closed, and Sunday the bar and restaurant are closed. Not great if you are only staying for the weekend. Sending an email was to late when you are driving 7 hours with no wifi.

"Our second trip to this Villa , always very well equipped and lovely place to stay . Great check-in with Jocelyn , very helpful .However I do think that soap should be in all bathrooms .
