The room is clean and bed is comfortable. However, there is no welcome water and no in room coffee or tea. The refrigerator did not work since i stayed only one night so not a problem. Medium-sized family-run bed and breakfast. Strengths were newly renovated breakfast room, quiet area, lovely fellow guests, nice details (e.g. free apples) and short bus ride to airport (Amsterdam itself is also connected by bus or tram, although journey takes about 45 mins). Rooms, although recently redecorated, are already showing significant signs of wear and tear (I rejected two rooms before an acceptable third was found) as were some of the common areas in the main house. Local options for dinner are also limited. With this being said, overall, it was clean, safe, comfortable and came with charm at a fair price.

This hotel was a perfect choice--centered in the middle of Rotterdam. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar/dining area was bright and the food was excellent. It was easy to extend my stay when my circumstances changed. I would stay here again.
