Chose this hotel after our flight was canceled. Staff was extremely welcoming. Rooms were clean,neat and well appointed. No frills but everything was very clean. Coffee/bakery area had an amazing breakfast selection. We didn’t have the buffet but looked thru the room and it looked very nice as well.

Lovely hotel, perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was nice and staff were great. Rooms were very comfortable and had air conditioning. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location, very comfortable room, great staff and well appointed

Our host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check-in early. He recommended eateries round about and gave us a discount at the hotel restaurant where we had a nice lunch. All the staff were helpful and courteous, and all spoke excellent English. The sitting room of the lobby is very pleasant. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet despite being very close to one of the main squares: a very convenient location, from which we were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see in Bologna.

The location was convenient, right across from the train station. The staff were very helpful. And the breakfast buffet had a lot of items. There were fresh pastries and fruit that was ripe. And a large assortment of hot and cold dishes. The rooms were clean, but very basic. Kind of reminded me of a dorm room.
