I don't know if they have handy capped rooms, was put on 3rd floor no elevator. But the clerk helped me to 3rd floor and offered more help. The next morning clerk also helpful. I will try to remember to book a handy capped room if available. All staff was extremely helpful to getting me up and down ...

Staff was very courtesy and accommodating. We left the Berlin Resort in need of another place to stay. They welcomed us in and showed us a room that was available and ready. Beautiful grounds and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay, the property had everything we needed, loved the hot tub. Only negitive we experienced was the loft had tons of flies. We could not find how they had gotten in and they were only in the loft.
