So grateful that we were able to check in early and the AC was excellent!!! Thank you so much!!! Good breakfast selection. The owner, the mom if I’m not mistaken was nice and always smiling and willing to help. Good location. No windows, so it’s not good if you’re claustrophobic. My lil kid didn’t like it because he cannot see if the sun is up or not (knowing if it’s daytime/nighttime). We’re not used of seeing ants in the room and there were ants on the floor. Kinda scary that they might crawl up to the bed but it didn’t happen so we’re so thankful.

The front staff are not helpful at all. When I came to check in, it took 45 minutes for my turn and there was only 1 person in front of me when I got there. But only one staff member working the front desk. Unacceptable for a hotel of that size. I also asked for house keeping to be don't everyday. I made sure to remove the do not disturb sign so my room wasn't missed. It was missed 2 out of the 6 days i stayed there. I called for towels on one of the days that house keeping wasn't done, and after 1.5 hours. And 3 calls later, no one came up with towels which was frustrating because I kept getting the run around and ended up leaving my children alone sleeping in the room to go to the front desk and get towels that should have been their job to restock in my room. And the cherry on top of this very average stay, was the pool was not available to use during our stay. There was NOTHING stated online that the pool was out of service. That is something you should be telling people before they book a hotel with you guys expecting to use the pool. And I know you guys offer for guest to go to other hotels and use their pool pools, which is not really ideal for somebody with little kids who doesn't want to leave the hotel. It was more of a hassle than anything and absolutely no help to go to another pool. Do better and tell guest that the pool is not in service before people actually book with you only to find out when we get there.

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

Staff goes above and beyond to help guests. Every single aspect of the hotel was excellent. We plan to stay there again.
