The staff is really friendly and the hotel has a locker room where you can leave your luggage for a reasonable fee. The rooms are clean and the location is really convenient, across from the train station.

Very convenient for the Eurostar terminal. This area of Brussels is not the greatest but triple security getting into the block made it feel secure.
