Nice location - very quiet. The property is little outdated and may need a remodel especially for the bathroom.

Live like a Lord. Impressive building and exterior garden. Staff was excellent and informative. Great breakfast, but lacked cocktails or snacks during the day.

The location is superb and beautiful to look at, as are the grounds. Unfortunately we didnt find the hotel to be 4 star. There was no fridge, no safe, telephone in the room disconnected so any queries we had meant going up and downstairs. The reception was closed at 9.30pm and no staff on site. We were given a key to a rear door to let ourselves in. The bathroom was also dated and needed a refresh. The hospitality tray wasnt filled each day. No fresh milk (as no fridge!) On the plus side the hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast good. We had to upgrade our room, as the room we booked was so incredibly hot and quite small for 4 nights.

TOP

Perfekt sted for fugleelskere.

Real luxury in a charming old house

From the moment of arrival (made very difficult by the completely wrong positioning of the hotel on the map both by Expedia and Google Maps) we could not have been happier. The welcome was charming, the hotel quite beautiful and set in glorious surroundings. Every staff member went out of his or her way to be helpful. We were recommended to a series of excellent local restaurants, where the manager was clearly well known and liked, and to which he twice kindly drove us himself.

I have visited many countrysides in France and stayed at various hotels. This hotel is one of the best I''ve known. It is surrounded with beautiful hills and a forest, The room is very beautiful and clean. the staff there is very friendly and speaks clear English. Breakfast is simple but very delicious. I strongly recommend that you should stay there if you have a chance to go to Brittany.
