"The room was great, but the check in process was awful. The machine did not have our reservation - And it wasn’t just us. It appeared to not work for anyone. We got in late and are from another country so when we couldn’t check in and couldn’t phone the service number, we don’t know what we were going to do. Luckily, another guest was able to call the service number and activate a room key card for us - But then they could not check in either! Vet stressful at the end of a long day :("

Sehr sauber, gemütlich und vor allem gibt es absolut alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht: von hervorragender Ausstattung und Geschirr in der Küche bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett mit neuer Bettwäsche. "Easy to find, next to the railway and bus stations. A quiet and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Breakfast plentiful with good coffee, choices of cheese and cold meats, delicious breads, hot food, fruit salads and smoked fish. My room was very comfortable with a powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and easy to control air con. Fully opening window if needed, but double glazing very efficient and I didn’t hear any noise. Also seemed well insulated - didn’t hear any noise from the corridor or the rooms next door. Public lounge area welcoming with a good choice of drinks. Also hotel has a policy of rewarding guests with a free drink voucher for not having their rooms cleaned every day which I enjoyed each evening. I had to leave too early for breakfast on my day of departure, so staff explained the kitchen would prepare me a takeaway breakfast - it was very generous and tasted great. Within an easy 10 minute walk of the centre of Ravensburg. I shall return next year and highly recommend. "
