    The Romeo apartment, recently renovated with finishes of the highest level, is equipped with independent air conditioning and heating, high speed Wi-Fi internet (fiber optic), wireless telephone for free calls to landlines in Italy, USA, Canada and Western Europe, 3 Full HD TV, SAT receiver, DVD / CD (mp3, mpeg, avi, etc.), Dolby Surround 5. 1, etc.

    The large open space of this apartment was designed by a well-known architect and all the furniture was handmade in solid wood by local artisans. The bathroom entirely made with a special "porcelain stoneware", is equipped with modern sanitary ware, hair dryer and a large double mosaic shower cabin equipped with two ultra-thin steel shower heads with dual controls to enjoy relaxing and personalized showers. The enveloping "Alcova" towel warmer with a particular seat promotes relaxation embraced by the heat after a refreshing shower.

Perfect apartment

Very good location, historical enviroment around. Apartment very practical, nice decorated and equipted. Modern apartment in historical building, we found everything what we needed. Property is clean and well maintained. Owner responds quick and provided all information we neened. Manager Lorenzo, English speaker (which is not so common in Sicily) is very helpful and nice person. We highly recommend this apartment especially for people, who are interested in architecture and history. Also the Modica beach only 20 min away is maybe the best in Sicily.

L'appartamento " Romeo " messo a disposizione dal proprietario è decisamente bello, situato nel corso principale della zona storica di Modica ha tutti i servizi ben al di sopra della media. Appartamento in ottimo stato, ben pulito e arredato con cura e gusto. Infine la persona che ci ha accolti ( Lorenzo ), mostrato l'appartamento e consigliato luoghi e locali da visitare è stato di una disponibilità e gentilezza squisita. Assolutamente consigliato.
