A Car is Advisable
Property is located away from main road in an area undergoing development so car would be advisable as its long walk to main road for transport links / taxis . It is approx 15mins drive to George Town and Jedda Chaggan Airport is 1.15/30 mins away. The soft furnishings / furniture as seen in photographs is different from that pictured but apartment was very comfortable & clean. However kitchen could be better stocked with everyday kitchen untensils/ ovenware & provide the use of an ironing board in replace of the current set up they have. Host also provided a stocked the fridge with Breakfast options: pancakes, oats, eggs, milk, cereal & bottled water - which is included in the rental fee.
As an international traveller I did not have access to telecommunications to make local calls so felt isolated in not being able to call for Taxis or arrange food order deliveries so a suggestion would be for the Host to provide a 'basic' mobile handset where renters can purchase Pay as Go credits/ top up cards for for their own use.
Overall I had a pleasant stay and found the host to be very professional responsive to my queries.
