Disappointed that there was a faint smell of smoke in the room, elsecially on the bedding. Otherwise the room was clean just a lot of clutter.
We also had trouble locating the property on KakaoMap. It doesn’t come up as a search for hotel February. Two other locations do.

Great hotel! I had no problem communicating in English with the very friendly staff. Room is very clean and modern, air conditioning works flawlessly. Nespresso coffee is available 24/7, so I didn't need to search out coffee elsewhere. Homemade Korean breakfast was delicious. I look forward to returning to Korea and I would absolutely come back to this hotel. Strongly recommended.

Staffs are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is great. Amenities and 24 hour open cafe with snack availability are incredible. I had to make ramen at least once. Love it!!

Nice hotel. Glad we drove to the hotel in the daytime. AC did not work too well, tried to get it to work in second room but didn’t work, clothes were still damp not much dried. Restaurant was nice with limited options, but knew that when we booked it. Was a bit disappointed that the jets in the jacuzzi ...
