Questionable Housekeeping
It was a very comfortable stay. However, that actual housekeeping was very questionable. I thought about calling Vacasa when we were there but we were just too busy. The hot tub cover had several large tears, like an animal had torn into it. There was signage saying to leave shoes outside yet there was all kinds of pebbles that had been tracked in before we arrived. This made me question if the floors had been cleaned. The beds were all very comfortable. But the sheets were wonky. Neither bunk bed had a top sheet. And some pillows were missing pillowcases. We found pillow cases and only one top sheet in the closet. We put those on. One bunk bed only had a quilt. The master king bed had a top sheet that was a Queen size. It was turned sideways so to stretch to both sides. Unfortunately you had to sleep way down in the bed to get the sheet to reach up to your shoulders. All of the wash cloths were very worn and very stained. Felt like I was bathing with an old cleaning cloth. The bath towels were also stained but they were much softer. The master shower floor was covered in red/pink mildew and white soap scum. The glass shower wall/door had not been cleaned at all. It was covered in water stains. The master toilet seat had urine stains. Again, this was a nice new comfortable place to stay. The housekeeping was just very questionable.
