This charming townhome in Rim Village offers stunning mountain views, access to a shared seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, and all the coziness of home for up to eight guests to enjoy! On nice evenings, you might grill up some tasty food and dine outside at the glass patio table with a fantastic mountain view.



    What's nearby:

    Sitting just a six-mile drive from downtown Moab, you'll have easy access to shops and restaurants, as well as Moab Golf Course and bike trails. Take a day trip to Arches to see stunning rock formations and choose from a myriad of hiking trails, or drive a little farther to Canyonlands to get amazing views of the Colorado River and more opportunities for adventure. Stick closer to town and kayak or stand-up paddleboard on the Colorado River, mountain bike, take a guided rafting trip, and see dinosaur footprints and fossils!

A Great, Clean Home

This was a great house for our two families. We had enough beds and bedding, the kitchen was great, and we loved being able to use the hot tub. Thanks for a great time!

Just what we needed

We needed an escape to some peace and quiet in the beautiful wilderness. This home was exactly that. We loved the views, the comfortable furnishings, the decor, and the location. It had everything we needed.

Pleasant stay - quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed having plenty of space and a garage to put our things. The neighbor is very quiet and the sights right outside the windows are beautiful.

Amazing

I really loved this place, I wish we could've stayed longer. It was very clean, and had plenty of space for my family and friends. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because the beds and pillows aren't the most comfortable and the technology (like the TV) could use an upgrade, but don't let that deter you from staying here, it really was an amazing place to stay.

Comfy environment

Comfy stay. Well stocked kitchen except some tools need to be replaced like the can opener. Toilets and appliances are working well. Ample supply of towels. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation.

Lovely and very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood!

We were so happy with the home! It had everything we needed and more. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was well cared for and the home had great views! It is a very short drive into Moab and being out of town turned out to be a nice getaway. Vacasa needs to update the driving directions to the home, however.

It’s about 10 minutes from town, but a nice neighborhood. The unit itself was older with dated furniture, televisions, and appliances, but it was clean. If you are looking for an inexpensive, simple place to sleep after you explore Moab all day this was a great value.

Comfortable home with new LR furniture. Very clean. It would have been nice to have some foil, plastic wrap and/or bags. Convenient location to many area sites. Would recommend this home.
