What a great place for our Florida family to stay while visiting Moab for a wedding last week. The place was clean, up to date and easily accessible. Owner was super attentive and answered us almost immediately every time we asked a question. Would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Moab.
We loved our stay. The condo was spacious and had plenty of amenities for a fun and comfortable stay. The living room was cozy, with a Smart TV. We appreciated the large dining room table, and all the games. The location was excellent, and close to Arches, and Canyonlands.
This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to visit both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It was clean and spacious. We would highly recommend this place.

Thank you very much for sharing your house with us, it is amazingly well located in the middle of Moab, which was very convenient for us, because we wanted to visit both arches and canyonlands. We had a very nice Christmas at your place.
Great location and home for a family trip! Host was very helpful in trying to accommodate last minute changes and responds quickly. Home was stocked with all kitchen and toiletry items you may need, including an outside grill.Only downside was main refrigerator was not working and host was not able to find a solution for it during our stay. We were compensated with late check out, but hope this gets resolved for future guests
House was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. Washer and dryer was nice and large. The house was just minutes from Arches Natl Park and lots of good restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet at night. It was also great to have a garage available for the chilly mornings. We definitely would recommend this place to others.goigoodrestaurants.
Good location, walkable, well stocked, and responsive hosts. Only downside we found is that if it rains, as it did a couple of nights during our stay, the water flowing through the downspout belowthe master becomes very loud. Probably an easy fix.
The location is great, the apartment is huge (we were only 4), and everything works fine. The swimming pool and hot tub were great. I like the garage and the possibility to quickly wash the car outside since Moab and the 4WD trips are mainly on sand
We were visiting for a wedding and wanted something that could fit our group and was conveniently located. Since we brought our mountain bikes, it was nice to store our stuff in the garage. Kitchen was well stocked (loved the spice cabinet) and it was nice that there were games/toys for the kids that came along.
We stayed here for a pre-Christmas visit to Arches and Moab. We really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. my children enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and television in every room. I enjoyed that there was enough space for my toddler to sleep in a different bedroom. You can tell the owners have put a lot of love and care in the property. It is really great for large groups. Cooking was a breeze. Arches was just minutes away. I would happily book again. No complaints!
Had a group of 14 of us stay for a weekend wedding. The kitchen, and dining area nice and could accommodate all of us. We had enough bed space to fit us all. There is even a great cot in the master closet if you need extra sleeping arrangements. The check in instructions and labeling around the house are great. I would 100% recommend this location.
We had a wonderful few days enjoying Moab and the surrounding National and State parks, with the climax being a family wedding at Dead Horse Point State Park. Your house was a great gathering place. We were able to relax, everyone had a place to sleep. It was easy to come and go. Thank you!
This is a great place to stay. It is conveniently located and easy to find. We were there for a ladies mountain biking trip. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked which was nice. The BBQ needs to be cleaned because it caught on fire when we were cooking our steaks.

Cons - They didn't leave enough toilet paper or paper towels for us and no dishwashing soap. The BBQ needs to be cleaned out. Other than that it was perfect.
Great place, centrally located townhouse with easy access to downtown as well as the bicycling events. Joined our bicycling friends for the four day festival. Had fun on the rides and then had plenty of space for our friends in this townhouse. The owner was very attentive to our needs and house was well appointed with a very nicely stocked kitchen! Only thing we were disappointed in, the HOA decided to resurface the pool/hot-tub during our stay, so we did not have access to that , which it biking legs could have used. Otherwise we found the house to be enjoyable, spacious & comfortable. I would definitely book this place again. Thanks!
