Great location, bare bones inside

I was solo, and I was there for a silent fasting retreat. Overall, a good stay for what I was doing. Location is great, privacy is great. Owner was communicative and helpful ,,Clean sheets / towels, comfortable bed, large refrigerator, great laundry in unit. The cement floor needed to be cleaned. The furniture was bare and a wooden table had shoddy repairs. The TV did not receive any channels- I was not watching TV but I was looking to play music through the tv. There were few plates and little flatware, cooking pots/pans. I'm not a request frequent VRBO user, so I didn't know what to expect, but I suppose this is not out of the ordinary. I would repeat, but I wouldn't take my family there.

A nice place for a couple to visit the national parks nearby. An easy walk to restaurants and a quiet neighborhood. A very welcoming host.

The property was perfect for my wife and I. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed. It was so close to town, Arches National Park, and Canyon Lands, it made everything so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Great option for a family of 3

We really enjoyed our stay in Moab. We came with an infant, we needed to use the kitchen and the laundry and we found all we were looking for. The only recommendation is to take a bit more care of the garden so guests can spend more time outside.

Bathtub is dangerous and extremely slick when wet and soapy. We bought a rubber mat so I wouldn’t fall the second time I showered. Left it for the next guest. Otherwise it was adequate for our purposes. We were on the trails during the day so bare essentials are ok for us. Don’t expect luxury.

The mattress had baking soda on it, the air conditioner blew out black stuff all over the bed. when I called about the bed, I was told if I damaged anything I would be charged. I ALWAYS check a bed before I lay down in it.I do not want to take chances of taking home bed bugs. I do not unload my clothes until I have checked everything.The people that came to change the bedding were very nice.

It is everything you need after a day in a park. A hot shower, nice bed, and a kitchen to make a quick bite. The laundry facility was a big plus. The host was helpful and responsive. We found some things left behind from the last person, hair in the shower and trash, but relatively clean otherwise. We had a few surprise visit by roaches at night.
