Easy check in, good amenities, clean, bonus had a smart tv! Only negative is cabin was right on the roadside, lots of traffic noise but I sleep with the fan on so no biggie.

The cabin was very neat, cozy and was appropriate for an overnight stay for my family of 3. The AC was good and a great relief from the summer heat. The common washrooms and showers were very clean and well maintained
We had a great time. This was perfect for my two kids and I. It was very clean and had all the essentials. The coffee was delicious in the mornings. The bathrooms and showers we use daily and they were always clean. We will stay here again, however I would recommend upgrading the queen bed to a little bit nicer mattress. After a few days, it was a little painful.
We enjoyed our accommodations overall, however a couple of items can be mentioned in description to prepare for next time.First the pros: location outside of very busy Moab was nice. Bed was comfortable. The shower/ bathrooms/ laundry building was clean and new.Dog friendly and if he could share his thoughts, he would give a four paw review for the availability of dog poo bags and a fenced dog enclosure to run around in.Improvement and suggestions:The price was a bit much for the cabin size and no sink/ bathroom in cabin. The bedding was sparse, as we bought a blanket in town. Would have brought additional with us if had known there was a sheet and thin bedspread only.Cabins were small, like a garden shed size. Nice but a photo of the outside would have been helpful. Also all cabins are lined up next to highway. A lot of roadway noise! We were able to fill up our 2.5 gallon water container at the spig near office. Tasty and good water. No location to wash our plates, cups, utensils for our meals. A community outdoor sink would be appreciated.Overall nice place for our vacation ( jeep and Thelma and Louise footrace.)
