The entrance to Arches National Park, a premier site for hiking, mountain biking, and nature photography, is just five miles away, and Canyonlands National Park is 30 miles away. The Colorado River runs right through town and offers rafting and fishing if you'd rather spend some time on the water.

I loved that it was within walking distance to town and that it had great views on the back patio. It also had a large dining room table to be able to feed a group or play games. I would stay here again.

Great location and property

We stayed 4 nights with 2 small dogs. The property was centrally located close to all the shops, attractions and restaurants. The yard area was perfect for the dogs. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Moab.

MTB TRIP

This is the 5th year we have done our Moab MTB trip. We rent 3 town homes from VACASA. This year the homes were all in excellent condition. Most had been updated and all new linen and some new curtains. The town homes were very clean and well stocked. We were very pleased with our stay.

Moab/national parks

5⭐️ for cleanliness and location. Close to town, arches and Canyonlands 4 ⭐️ for being dog friendly. Great little yard and plenty of space for dog to roam. Dog dishes a plus Didn’t check Out pool or hot tub put they ane close and bath towels and linens were great. Extra blankets were kinda old. Furniture needs good cleaning but was comfy 3⭐️. Bring you own soaps/shampoo only small sample sizes were provided 2.5 ⭐️ access into house and garage. Yes great plus this has a 2 car garage but only draw back is having to go to front door and then walk thru house to access only opener then if your leaving have to close garage and then walk around to car. Thank goodness we had great weather. Lock box would not open had to contact Vacasa who did unlock. Definite upgrade needed Leaky faucet in kitchen and filter over vent is missing Mixed messages about stripping linen on checkout Bring your own coffee or k-cups. Spices that are thereshould probably just all be tossed Overall rating 3.5⭐️. Probably wouldn’t return

So many things we loved about the home; the location, the tree lined streets, accessibility to Billings restaurants and shopping, the fenced yard, the beautifully remodeled inside, the comfy beds, the remote lamp, and the SHOWER was so cool! This is the place we hope to stay again

Accurate listing. Walking distance to downtown. Although across from a hospital but we never heard a vehicle siren. Having a garage was convenient to keep our vehicle out of the elements at night. WIFI enabled two of our family to telework from the house.
