This second floor condominium is located in downtown Moab. Modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, and private patio with a Weber gas grill. Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second queen bedroom has private access to the bathroom. Open floor plan living room includes a queen sofa bed and private patio access. Condo includes 2 designated parking spaces and has its own ground level locked storage for bikes/other gear.

Guests have private access to the entire unit 3 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 3. The bike wash is shared with the other 4 units in the building. The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.
We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.
57 Robber`s Roost offers five fully equipped, well-appointed condominiums, in the center of Moab. We are located just one half-block off Center and Main Streets.
57 Robber`s Roost offers the convenience of being within a minute’s walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment and bicycle wash: all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside.
If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab.
There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to get to the national parks or wherever they plan to go. Vehicle rental from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.

This condo was even better than advertised - super clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you would need. The location was great - walking distance to shops, restaurants ... but off the main road enough to be quiet. Highly recommend!
My son and I loved our stay at Robbers Roost #3! We were there for 5 days while we explored Arches and Canyonlands. It was a great condo in a great location in Moab. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops.
We really enjoyed this condo. Would definitely stay again. The location could not be beat for being able to walk to all the downtown Moab places. The hosts were super responsive. The additional VRBO fee ($100), above and beyond the rental rate and fees, was the only negative about the rental.
This was a cozy, centrally located property. We were within walking distance of the local shops, restaurants, and adventure tours. It was very clean, A/C worked amazingly even though outside temps were in the 100’s. Beds were spacious and comfy! Would stay again!
We came in February for some hiking. This location was a great location to get to all our hiking sites. The hot tub was very hot, but it was fixed quickly after communicating with management. A truly wonderful stay for our family. We will be back!
My friends and I went on a girls trip to Moab and we could not have been happier with this rental. The property manager was easy to communicate with, super helpful and accommodating. The rental itself was wonderfully appointed, comfortable and super clean but the absolute best part was the location - walking distance to Moab's main street with all the terrific shops and restaurants. My friends and I spent the mornings/early afternoons hiking around Moab and were thrilled to come "home" in walking distance to food and shopping. Highly recommend!
Loved so many things - location,fully stocked ((except tissues),comfy beds. We even had warm throws to curl up with on cool nights. The only negative was one I didn’t see in any other review and is not the fault of the owner. There is a post office adjacent to the property that starts their day at 4 in the morning. Every day. And they are extremely loud ( think of your local trash men ). It’s metal clashing,grinding noises and trucks idling. So we never got a full nights sleep. And the noises continued about every hour on the hour.if you are a light sleeper it’s a problem. If you aren’t then this is the place for you!
Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, walking distance. Place was spotlessly clean. Would have appreciated tissues - there were none - and better pillows on beds - they were pretty crummy. But the stay overall was easy and enjoyable.

The views outside the bedroom and living room windows were amazing to see. It was an easy walk in to the heart of the town down Main st. The Host was superb at answering any questions in a quick manner. The place was so clean and our family loved it!
Fabulous location for walking all of Main Street in Moab. With the visitor center directly across the street being a bonus. Great location for all dining/restaurants. Ordered food and ate at The Spoke, Spitfire, Pasta Jays and ice cream at Moab Diner. ALL excellent in service and delicious food! Great central location to the big name parks for trailheads and sightseeing. Great memories made in Moab!
It was a very nice place.
Only suggestion is to have room darkening shades in all bedrooms. ( my wife cant sleep with light coming in so we hung a towel to block the light.)
It was perfect for 4 people on a Moab adventure. It was walking distance to everything you want and need in Moab.
The accommodation was just as represented although the furniture was different than pictured but comfortable, clean and like new.

My husband and I spent six nights at this beautiful condo. It was immaculately clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. There were two full bathrooms and the master had a large walk in shower which was very nice. We cooked in a couple of nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. This condo was on the second floor so we enjoyed slitting in the afternoon sun on the balcony off the living area. The washer and dryer also came in handy. The best part was that it was beautifully located right downtown Moab so we could walk everywhere we wanted, to many of the shops and restaurants and even the visitors center which was just across the street. We very highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Moab.
We stayed at this property as part of trip to the Utah National Parks. It was a great home base to experience Arches and Canyonlands as well as the city of Moab. It was perfect for our family of 5. Highly recommend.
Excellent property. Clean, well equipped. Located in the heart of downtown so walkable to restaurants and shops. Easy drive to the parks. Property manager was great.
