料金二重徴収？

事前決済されているにも関わらずカードを切らされた、事前決済領収書を見せても理解して貰えなかった。 おまけに　1度切ったカードの取り消しが出来ないと嘘まで付かれたがさらにクレームを入れると 他の担当者がで即座にカード決済の取消をしてくれた。 教育が出来ていない者をフロントに立たせてはいけないと思う。

リーズナブルなお値段にしては、お部屋も綺麗でとても良かったです。ただ、最寄りの駅からは徒歩では無理な距離なのでタクシー利用になり、ホテルの近くに飲食店が少ないのが少し困りました。
