"I loved everything.. I would love to make a suggestion.. someone needs to clean the carpet and the couch.. simple cleaner spray like deodorizer would do.. I mean it looked great just a musty smell 👃 on couch and carpet.. love the out of room coffee late at night though that was 😋"

"We stayed here as a quick stopover on our way back from the trip, and it was a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town with plenty of restaurants nearby. It was newly renovated and rooms were clean and beautiful. It’s also very close to the Corn Palace, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Breakfast was free and good!"

"We’ve stayed here in prior years and been totally satisfied. Unfortunately the rooms are showing wear. The tub and enclosure should have been replace some time ago. The toilet did not easily flush. They need grab bars in the showers. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned at all. The keys continually failed. The beds and bedding were fine. The breakfast was good. Staff were very nice. The problem is the place needs some work. The location is perfect for us but next visit we will likely stay somewhere else. Kelly corp. execs invest in deferred maintenance and we will return."
