This hotel really is excellent. Beautifully decorated and in fantastic condition, in both our room and all public areas. We were there during the recent heatwave and the air-conditioning in our room really proved its worth. Beyond the building itself, other areas of excellence were the friendly/helpful staff, the complimentary drinks and snacks each day on the patio and the well-stocked mini-bar, also included in the room rate and refilled each day. Location also ideal for the tourist areas around Stephansdom. Best hotel we've used in a very long time.

The property was exceptionally clean. The room was spacious. The staff was extremely friendly.

We do not recommend this hotel during summer, or you are a non smoker, or you do not live in a community building. There was no airconditioning, no fan, no refrigerator. Since it is situated in an apartment complex, people living in the apartment smoke and noisy. We messaged the property and no response at all. For the price we paid, this place is not worth it!
