Remodeled Historic Central Missoula Home - 5 mins to Downtown

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located full residence with mountain views. Historic 1935 home was fully updated in 2022! Full kitchen and updated bathroom. Two bedrooms with Queen beds in each and a separate office for your work from home needs. House is located in the center of town just 6 minutes from downtown and right next door to the Milwaukee Trail System. It has a very tiny backyard that is fully fenced.

Franklin to the Fort is a neighborhood in the center of Missoula. It offers mountain views, wonderful coffee shops, and the Good Food Store! This charming home is located on the outskirts of this neighborhood. Although it is next to railroad tracks, they are no longer active (so do not fret). The Milwaukee Trail system extends from the University of Montana to far West of Missoula. This wonderful trail is right across the street - you can bike or walk anywhere you need! The location of the home allows for a super quick drive anywhere in town. You are 6 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes to the KettleHouse Amphitheater and 5 minutes to the University of Montana.

The house was cozy and clean. Pictures might have been a bit better than reality, but the house was very comfortable. Location was average (near apartments, some noise at night). Clean, nicely appointed bungalow with extended parking, and was pet friendly. Living space provided comfy room for the adult kids to visit and play board games into the night. Close to downtown, walking trails, and close to river access for play time with the dog.

Just returned home from a wonderful weekend at this property! The home itself is so charming inside and out, and beautifully decorated. Traveling with a one-year-old, we were so comforted by how clean and well taken care of the home was. Brittany made the check-in and check-out process very simple with friendly and clear instructions, and was a pleasure to rent from! Perfect location with many amenities nearby. Would absolutely recommend for your next stay in gorgeous Missoula!

We enjoyed our first trip to Missoula staying at Brittany’s place. It was clean and has been very nicely updated. We did find the bed in the bedroom in the back more comfortable than the one in the front but may be a matter of personal preference. We were able to cook pretty well but did have some trouble with one of the burners. Laundry was very convenient in the basement. Overall great and we would stay here again. Thank you, Brittany!
