"The room was poorly prepared without wash cloths or towels, no shower gel in the dispenser no regular coffee pods (just decaf). The manager had no support staff requiring long waiting periods to correct issues. The key cards didn’t work and had to wait to get that issue corrected also. The thermostat didn’t work and the temperature was 78*. The valet parking was advertised (sign in the lobby) to be $28 but we were charged $38. "

"It smelled like cologne and marijuana in the lobby. Then we get to our FIRST room and there was trash behind the bed and under the couch the room didn’t even look like it got cleaned. The fridge was dirty and the microwave didn’t even have a glass piece in it. So the guy gives us are SECOND room and it smelled clean but you could smell marijuana in the bathroom. There was a vape In the couch o ofc they didn’t actually check places and the bathroom was dirty I had to clean my own toilet due to the fact they didn’t clean the bathroom just the main floors in the room. The so called breakfast they serve is literally coffee and honey buns that’s all. I will not be going back to this place ever again after driving from Oklahoma to there being in a car for 12hrs is ridiculous."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful!! Much appreciated after a long drive. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Definitely worth the money and one of the nicer places I've stayed. I didn't use the gym or pool so I can't say much for those. Overall very happy with my stay and will come back if I'm traveling there again. "
