「Very receptive host both before and during our stay. Stayed there for work based on the great location - close to I-35 as well as 3 parks within a few blocks of the house (bonus for our dog walks). House had everything we needed for our 2 1/2 week stay (obviously we bought our own groceries, but basics were provided!) 」

「The host was very responsive to all messages and any questions that we had! The house was wonderful, very large and spacious with plenty of room! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! 」

「Smelled of cigarettes and cooking oil. Please, if you have kids do not take them into this neighborhood. The house is in very rough shape, there is sketchy wiring throughout, lots of stairs that are not to code, very hot upstairs, and dirt that is just throughout the house - - because it needs to be gutted if it is going to be clean again. If this had been listed as a smoking house - - I would have stayed away. Pictures are deceiving - the 1.2 bath you can not turn around in and the neighbors...

「I have a couple of suggestions. The musty smell in the house might be helped by cleanng out the fireplace. You might add washcloths to the bathrooms - not everyone uses them, but some of us do regularly. The prompt response to the need for 8 lightbulbs in the house was appreciated - might want to check bulbs before the next customers arrive. Visitors should be aware that the two bathrooms in the house are small - if 8-10 people are living in that house, that should be a consideration. 」

「This was quite comfortable and spacious. It was a regular home away from home with separate living room, kitchen and bedrooms all of which were well furnished with comfortable furniture, unlike many places I’ve stayed where the furniture is clearly cheap or old. The street was quiet and secluded, yet near enough to everything we wanted to see. I would recommend and will seek to stay again in the future.」
