「Property inside was nice and clean. It looked exactly how it did on the website. The area just looked a little sketchy.」

「Sink and bathroom smelled like sewage but suite was very nice. Staff were exceptional and courteous. Best breakfast bar ever!!」

「The property itself was nice. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast options. I did struggle to get ahold of the hotel directly when I tried calling to let them know I would be a late arrival. I was directed to a call center and they struggled to locate my reservation. I was on the phone for 30 minutes with little communication from the person I was talking to which was frustrating. That aside, I would stay here again. 」

「Tremendously good experience. The design elements of the Crossroads Hotel are fantastic. Think like an Ace Hotel, but with real soul to it. Whenever I’d interact with anyone at the hotel, they’d go out of their way to help and just be kind. The lobby bar is also really cool and not to be missed. Highly recommend. 」

「There is no restaurant in the hotel as the road in front is under construction.」

「Good hotel but I felt charging 20$ for parking on top of the nightly rate is an unnecessary cash grab. Also it's not even like the parking had gates / restrictions that guarantees your car will be safe. 」

「Liked: Room was large. Had a recliner. Didn't like: Room didn't have a screen on the window and the lock was broken. The tub was a little on the tall side at least there was a notice in the shower that stated that it was high 」

「Property appears dated inside and out. Carpet in rooms stained in many areas. Very low to floor toilets, heavy door for even a bathroom and limited space to get in and out of shower or use toilet. Exterior of building shows need of care as well as landscaping. Comfortable bed with nice bedding. Attempts have been made to update decor.」
