Amazing place to stay. I love the cute design of the room, plus fridge, stove, microwave in the room. Super clean and 24/7 staff onsite. Can’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

Sink not draining. , door to balcony unsecured. Door knob fell out on my hand, you need to ask every day to have your room cleaned if you don’t ask, it’s not cleaned. Got charged $137 extra and not sure what it’s for. Left him a message haven’t heard back from front desk sounds helpful but if you bug them more than once they don’t have a good attitude. parking is very expensive need to park elsewhere Hotel transportation is minimal. It won’t go past a couple miles so inconvenient Services found on the TV never work. You have to go downstairs to the front desk to get any assistance.
