Host/Maintenance was very responsive with the issues we had, Internet service was slow overall, went out due to weather and installing fiber optics. I work from home and need the Internet, so something to consider when booking. The TV in the front room stopped working and the host sent someone asap who came right away and replaced the TV. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the pool with hot tub was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed the golf cart for cruising everywhere we wanted to go.

House was immaculate, both carts were in perfect working order, great location, super quiet part of Laurel Grove. We had two very minor issues that were immediately remedied by Beach Blue. Couldn't be happier with the house and service we were rendered.

This house is perfect for your Sandestin vacation. The house was clean, well decorated, and the perfect quiet neighborhood. When we go back to Sandestin we will most definitely stay in this property again.

Excellent want to stay again and will recommend to friends

Everything was perfect. Would have liked the deadbolt to work in the front door with a 2 year old who wanted to go out. Ice maker didn’t work but would definitely stay again! So clean and conveniently located.

Our new favorite beach haven!

This property is hands down our new favorite! It is clean (I am picky), updated, bright, spacious, perfectly located to everything! Comes with two golf carts! We did not want to leave! We went to baytowne warf or the shopping plaza for dinner every night on the golf carts. Went to beach everyday! Publix on the carts as well! We will be back!! Such a beautiful block and community in the heart of Sandestin!

Laurel Grove Stay 2025

This is our second time staying at this house. We love the location and the house itself is really nice as well. There are a few small updates that could be made to enhance the experience. The golf cart could use some updating such as adding seatbelts for chilldren, and maybe a Bluetooth sound bar that works. Everything else is extremely nice. The only problem we had was that when we arrived, the toilet had not been cleaned, and it was absolutely gross. We also had a small infestation of gnats that appeared to be coming through the drain in one of the showers. The property managers were fairly responsive, but still it detracted from our stay.

Family Getaway

We had a very nice stay, quiet and restful! The resort was beautiful and the cottage was lovely with everything we needed. The location is perfect too! You can take the golf cart to the beach, restaurants and shopping all within the resort. We did however have one issue which is the reason for the four stars. One of the golf carts quit and had to be pushed back to the house. This happened after hours but we were able to get in touch with a property representative named Matthew who was incredibly helpful! He sent someone the next morning to repair the cart and it was fine the rest of the time. We look forward to our next trip!

The Laurel Grove Cottage has been our place to go to for the last 3 years.

The cottage is our favorite after being in different places all over Sandestin.Working with Beach Blue Properties is always a pleasure.Willing to accomodate you in every way.

Wonderful place

Great place and very clean! 2 golf carts were fantastic, no more than 7 minute cart ride to beach, restaurants, grocery. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, comfortable house

6 people stayed in this 2 bed, 2 bath house. All of the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Property management was very nice and responsive. Propane tank was empty the first night and we were provided an excellent immediate solution. We hopped on the golf cart, drove to Publix, swapped the tank, sent them a pic of the receipt and we were refunded. Both golf carts ran great. We have stayed at this resort 4 times and we love it.

Cute property in great community!

Overall we had a great stay here! House was clean and updated. Kitchen was stocked fairly well. All the beds/mattresses were amazing! We slept well. Hall bath shower handle was broken on arrival, but beach blue was prompt in their response and had it fixed within a day. Front porch is not very inviting. Porch ceiling and walls/furniture were covered in dirt and bugs/cobwebs. It could use a good cleaning. Grill had three empty propane tanks, so we couldn’t use the grill on the day we intended, but they replaced the tank the next day, so should be good to go for next renters. Just fyi, the washer is great, but the dryer does not dry clothes well. We had to run it a few cycles to get our clothes dry. We had better luck with drying on the “easy care” setting. The golf carts were a nice amenity to have and we used them everyday. FYI, The orange one does not have a parking brake so it can roll on uneven surfaces. We just parked it in places where it wouldn’t roll, or we put something behind the wheel. The silver golf cart back seat is not secured so it can slide off. I would not put your Littles back there, and the safety rail on the front passenger side is loose. We did tell the management company so it can be addressed. The house is in a great community within the resort. Everyone we met was so nice and the pool was always fun.

Wonderful stay at a great price!

The property was the perfect place for our family vacation! Having 2 golf carts was an added plus! We ended up having to move our original dates and the property management team was very responsive and accommodated our change. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we are in town!

Great neighborhood, clean house

Beach Blue Properties is great to work with. This was our second stay through them and we will continue to book with them. The property was clean, the location was great, everyone enjoyed themselves. The only thing I would warn is to bring hangers and pillows. The room only had one pillow per person, even our hotel on the way there and back had two per person. We asked Beach Blue to provide more, and they did, thankfully! However, we would have brought our own had we known. There were also limited hangers in the closets. Overall, the property provides what you need with starter supplies of everything. It's very clean, quiet, and relaxing. We would stay again in the future and will definitely return to the Sandestin area, renting through Beach Blue Properties.
