We loved this beautiful & spacious home. All four bedrooms are so comfortable with their own TV. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We loved the gated security entrance of the neighborhood. And most of the beach just 5 minutes away.

The location is perfect! Just steps to the beach, amazing!!!!just 2 min to the beach. The house is incredible, very comfortable and great space. Plus game room and a lot of games for the family and kids. Our trip was great, the house is very comfortable for families.

Full of family fun and wonderful time!

Beautiful home, full of family fun! We had a wonderful time in the house. The beach was so close you could walk but if you wanted to drive, the parking was only a few minutes from the house. Eating, shopping, arcades and theme parks were all right around the corner. Everything was easily accessible and we had a great experience.

Great vacation

The house was great, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Beautiful decor and comfortable mattresses. Kitchen appliances, w/d were in full working order. Some of the beach supplies were older and some not functional, something to keep in mind. Beach access is listed as private, however there were 2 companies who come very early and reserve most of the water front spots. If you want something close, I'd suggest coming very early. But that still didn't stop us from having a great vacation, we would totally come back.

Very beautiful, warm and welcoming. Pretty awesome house.

Amy's place was very beautiful, warm and welcoming. Everything was sparkling clean and most of the kitchen accessories were brand new. The kitchen was very thoughtfully equipped and stocked with pretty much everything that I would desire in my own kitchen. The living room has a giant TV which we all enjoyed after spending the whole day at the beach. The community was well maintained and quite peaceful and the beach was just an easy walk away. There was also carts available in the garage to carry plenty of stuff and available kids toys to the beach. Amy was a wonderful host and was always super quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back here. Last but not the least we also had an awesome time playing ping pong in the garage. That was indeed a nice touch in an already pretty awesome house.

Wonderful time!

We were absolutely amazed at Amy's home. It was just as pictured and described in the listing. The walk to the beach was perfect and the beach items provided were a dream! We used everything! The walk is short and I felt safe enough in the area to let my older kids go back and forth alone and even at night. Amy worked so well with us on an issue I had with the vehicle we were bringing to make sure the HOA wouldn't give us any problems. I really appreciated her understanding and care to find a solution together. My kids and I want to come back someday and stay right here again! We had a wonderful time!

Nice house in a great location. Having the extras…wagons, beach chairs & umbrellas, games…was really nice. The walk to the beach was hard in the heat for us grandparents but the kids loved the beach and had a great time.
