You, your family and friends will love Sandpiper by the Sea ~ Windancer 312! This new beachfront one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo in Windancer Condominiums gives you access to all the property's amenities, like free WiFi, private beach access, and the beachfront community pool. The nearby central Destin, FL, location gives you access to all the most popular area attractions, restaurants, shopping, beaches and more. Staying at Sandpiper by the Sea in Windancer will create that relaxing, luxurious beach vacation atmosphere you're looking for on the Emerald Coast!

Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted by all new coastal chic furnishings and a bright, fresh coat paint throughout. Wait until you see what the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area has to offer! The living are has plenty of seating around the large flat-screen TV for everyone to gather and enjoy. The living area leads to the fully furnished beachfront balcony, which is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and spotting dolphins or sipping a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset over the water. And since Sandpiper by the Sea ~ Windancer 312 is an end unit, you have extra windows that offer even more expansive views of the Gulf Coast from almost every room. The kitchen has full-size appliances so you can make your favorite meals while on vacation. The dining area offers seating for four with two more seats at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom provides a king bed, flat-screen TV and private master bathroom with a spacious vanity and tub/shower combination. Tucked away in the master bathroom is a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer for convenience. In the entryway hallway is a half bath and a twin over twin bunk area, which the kids will love!

Beach Chair Service is only available March through October

My wife and I were looking for a stay at the beach to take a break from the race. The proprty at Windancer fit the bill perfectly. Wonderfully decorated with beach accents, the corner location over looking the beach was perfect. Outstanding property. Definitely will be back later in the summer.

Perfect unit!

We have stayed at WindDancer for the last 5 years, and this unit is BY FAR our favorite. Having interior windows and an unobstructed balcony view is a game changer. Very modern and clean on the inside. We will do everything in our power to book this place next time we come down to Miramar Beach.

What a View!

We stayed in this great condo 5 days leading up to Labor Day and enjoyed the view each morning with coffee and each evening with a cocktail. The beach is steps away. Condo is nicely updated and had everything we needed.

Very nice

This unit is in a great location, nicely decorated, clean, and updated. The beach area isn't overcrowded which is great. Only complaint..the beds are horribly uncomfortable except the bottom bunk. The main bedroom mattress is very lumpy. Overall it's a great place though!

Beach condo is in an amazing location, quiet, beach umbrella and chairs was such an added bonus. Bed is really soft, which may or may not be your preference.

Great Stay!

Great location and beautiful view! Walk right out to the beach. The beach guy was awesome! Very helpful, friendly and professional. Loved our stay. (want to give bad review, so it will not book up and be available lol). Would definitely stay again!

Empty nest honeymoon

This is our 4th time staying at the Windancer, but our first time without our kids. We love the location right on the beach, but away from the hustle and bustle of Destin proper. The unit was just what we expected from previous stays (all in different units) I will say that there is little soundproofing to the unit above so we heard the little kids running all over at all hours and that was kind of annoying but what can you do. The king sized bed was comfy, the kitchen had what we needed (we didn’t cook meals though) and it’s great having laundry in the unit. And you can’t beat the view! We will always come back to the Windancer when we come to Miramar Beach.

Awesome!

This is our 4th stay at Windancer, and we’ll continue to stay here. We particularly liked this unit because it being on the corner meant just a little bit more of a view, and also because it was the first unit to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom, which was great bc the other units we’ve stayed in, the bedroom would get hot. We also liked that they had hooks for us to hang towels/swim suits in various locations. It boggles my mind other units don’t have this. Who knew you’d need extra hooks for towels at the beach! They also had a memory foam pad that made the bed more comfortable. We especially loved, however, that the company, allowed us to include our 3 nieces and nephew last minute! Our only complaint would be the beach chair rental. It’s nice that it’s included, but the shape they have the chairs in means not everyone will get an unobstructed view, and if you have more than 2 people in your party, you’ll have to pay an exorbitant amount to add more chairs/umbrellas. It’s usually just us, so additional chairs aren’t a problem, just a heads up if you need them. We also got lucky a lot of people checked out the day we got there, so we got to pick where our chairs were the rest of the trip. Oh, and the vinyl floor is cracking in several places, but that’s to be expected with the amount of traffic the unit gets, and not a reason to exclude this unit from a choice in place to stay.

Good Location with Beautiful Ocean View

Had a small issue upon our arrival as our unit had not been serviced prior to our 4:00 pm check in time. This was immediately addressed by property manager who sent cleaning crew to service the unit. The unit location, the pool, views from balcony, free beach service, the kitchen and bedroom were fabulous. The fabric on the white chairs in living room were stained yellow on headrest and arms, there were visible stains on grey couch and very limited storage in the unit. One available dresser drawer in bedroom, six hangers in closet and two shelves in one of the half baths were available for use. Three adults lived out of our suitcases for the trip. More storage would be desirable such as shelves in the bathroom for toiletries and more hangers in closet. The ocean views and beach access were everything we had hoped.
