The property itself is beautiful. The property management is not the best. Upon check in our door/beach/pool codes only worked on our first day. I left multiple messages that we had no valid codes. No returns phone calls. We got locked out on the beach on Sunday and I finally got a live person on the phone. They said they would take care of it by texting the on call person. Thank goodness another vacationer came along and opened the gate after 20 minutes of being locked out. I finally found a security guard on property who gave us a new code to use. Another security guard chased us off Sat, Sun, and Monday morning from the pool area. There is NO mention of needed pool bands to swim. They are however required by the property and were never left in our rental. It took me calling on Monday every half hour from 8:30-11 to get a live person on the phone. Pool bands were finally delivered. Wednesday arrives and after a morning on the the beach we all come up to take showers. No WATER in the unit. This is due to a system they have installed that senses the water being used in the unit and determines if there is flooding in the unit. I make a call and I’m asked to walk around to all of the sensors to ensure that we did not splash them with water. NO we did not! Was told that we used an unusually high amount of water in 24 hrs. The toilet in the master bathroom that ran all night and all day was the issue. Maintenance was called to come into the unit. This made me very upset. We chose a condo so that we would not have individuals coming and going. The property manager had the nerve to ask me if we had Covid before coming, but what about him? The water was reset or so we thought. We arrive home from dinner around 8pm and again, NO WATER! I call them back to come reset it. That is when the Property Mgr comes in. Again unfounded. I’m told that the system must be faulty. My father did gave the Property Mgr a piece of his mind, but the guy was giving excuse after excuse. We also had building maintenance knock to fix the door, so much for relaxing in the unit. My biggest issue is we chose the unit to social distance and not have people service the condo. We also spent a small fortune for a week where I spent at least an entire half day of my vacation dealing with inadequate management and loss of water.
