「This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.」

「I’ll just start with I’ve never been more at peace leaving a vacation. the kayaking, paddle boating, canoeing did not go to waste,as we found our city selves doing it EVERY DAY! 「The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?」

「This is the second year we have stayed at this home for our winter holiday. We have enjoyed our visits and found the home to have everything we need. We were pleased to find the fireplace in working order, even though we received a note that it was not working. That and the large kitchen are the natural gathering spots for our family. Watching the ice fishing on the lake is an added bonus. Thank you for sharing this lovely property. We'll be back!」

「Shimmering Cove was the perfect location for me and my friends to stay at for the weekend. There was plenty of space, activities, and supplies available. The hot tub was amazing and the views were wonderful. We made use of the kayaks, and there was also plenty to do when the weather was rainy. Check in and check out process was seamless. I would highly recommend this property!」

「We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this nice house. The location on the shore of the Long Lake is fantastic. The house is huge and was good for our large group. Being a group of French people, we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The communication with Eric, the property manager, was excellent.」

「We had a great stay on Tripp Lake. House was clean and well cared for and we were surprised and pleased there was AC in the main bedroom. The location was unbeatable — back door was literally steps from the lake and the lake was the star of the trip. We spent the day on the deck, on the dock, or in the water. Host was available and helpful. Would come again!」

「This spot was the perfect location for a quiet, kid free girls weekend. The property is absolutely beautiful and has easy access to the water for some swimming or fishing. The camp itself was cozy but also spacious enough. We had 5 adults and we had plenty of space for activities, plus we all had our own bed! All in all we had an amazing weekend and made great memories that we will never forget.」

「Great waterfront location on beautiful lake. Several kayaks and a paddle board available. Property has its own private island with fire pit, picnic table, hammock, and dock. Very nice view of the lake and sunsets from inside the house and from the porch. Would definitely go back.」

「My family stayed here over labor day weekend. Very cute cabin with all the amenities of being at home. This was perfect as minimal packing is great with a 2 year old 10 year old. The kids loved the little beach and the views from the cabin were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and will likely go back again.」
