10/10 Excellent

"Awesome for kids!! Two pools, one for toddlers, ranging from 6” to 2’ deep. Comfy bed and pillow (soft and more firm available). Great shuttle service, to and from the airport as well as the mall of America- and I think more places, we just didn’t try to go anywhere else. Rooms surround the pool, so floor level rooms open (back side of room) to the pool area- entertaining for the kids! There’s a gate around the pool, so if a little kid escaped the room they still can’t get to the pool. Because of the pool and shuttle service, we will return when in the area! Also, it was about half the price of all other hotel options in the area.. not sure why!"

"The concert we were going to attend was postponed due to air quality. There was no messaging or email sent out prior to us arriving at the Casino. It was postponed at around 1-1:30 pm and this was around 6 pm when we saw it on the monitors around the casino. We could have had a couple options to change plans had we known at a reasonable time since we drove from the Duluth area."

"My favorite place to stay in the Minneapolis area! The Target Center is super close and the other go-to spots are easy to get to as well. The on site valet service is phenomenal and provides peace of mind with off-street secure parking for a reasonable price. Their rooms are spacious and clean, and the continental breakfast with the made to order omelet area is outstanding! Highly recommend!!"

"The property was located near Msp airport, which worked well for us. The two ladies working the front desk at check in, while moderately friendly, were having a conversation when we first approached that they continued for a bit while we stood there. It didn’t appear pertinent to their work and I felt like we were almost intruding. The room was clean and very adequate for our needs, however if you turned over in one of the beds during the night, the bed frame would make a noise waking me up."

"The property is clean and well maintained given that it is an old building with a fun past! The hotel is located in the business part of downtown so it was quieter that other areas. The hotel staff was attentive. Mike is an EXCELLENT bartender and gave great recommendations for dinner options that were within walking distance. We had a King Suite which I thought would be great since our teenage daughter was staying with us for a couple of the nights and could sleep on the sofa bed. However, there was no door dividing the two spaces which was a little odd. If this matters, ask the front desk for a Suite with a door. There is a great exercise room if you lift weights or want cardio equipment. I wish there had been weights that were less than five pounds and yoga mats so I could have taken advantage of the space."
