"This is one of the best places we have stayed in. The house was clean and everything you need is available. Sitting out on the deck and watching the lock and dam activities was interesting and relaxing. The house is convenient to Perrot State Park, the Great River bike trail and the Trempealeau Wildlife Refuge. We will be visiting again!"

"We were only at the property for one night, but clean and comfortable. They had a nice hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon that was very good. This was our first time meeting in the pub area near the front desk, and there was a nice group of other parents who had children graduating from college. We enjoyed the company of the others, and the woman that served everyone had a great personality. It was an enjoyable experience."
