I was charged $16.28 and this was a pre-paid reservation. There should be no charges and there is no number to call the hotel directly. Terrible customer service for a hotel.

The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown
Professional and kind staff. Our room was nice and quiet. We didn’t use the gym nor restaurant but enjoyed the hotel. The neighborhood is loud, but that didn’t seem to affect our sleep as the windows are noise dampening.
