"Room had cereal on floor and a spoon with pb there was no hand soap to wash hands I asked for towels at the pool area was there a hour never got any we went for breakfast came back up and the door was open part way … also the signs to give you directions was wrong we kept getting lost even the pizza ..."

"Well, I surprised my daughter for her birthday with a MOA trip and staying at Radison Blu. However, I was notified the morning of checking in that your pool was closed due to construction. Really? Why was I not told about the pool being closed before I could have canceled my reservation. Not acceptable. ..."

"Great hotel with a great location right across the street from Mall of America. The staff were awesome from check in to check out. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area has two pools and a hot tub. The best place to stay when visiting the mall or flying out of MSP."
