Had a late check in people smoking right outside the entrance and several milling around inside. Check in clerk not very friendly. Advertised breakfast at 6 am left at 8 am still had not opened the breakfast area.

Property is very bad. The hotel was smelling and stinking. The reception staff were pathetic & rude. The carpet in our room was moist. When informed about the carpet no action was taken. The room key card was failing and we had to change it multiple times to gain access to the room. I wouldn't recommend this property at all.

Didnt feel like a safe place

The keys didnt work we had to go back twice to the front desk. The bedspread was dirty. The hallway smelled like Marijuana. We ended up leaving and booked a room somewhere else.

Check-in Staff was nice. But do to need work more on knowing what to do. My cardkey to get into my room wasn’t working. Stood there for a long time trying and then a person came and helped me. Swiping his own cardkey, he was able to get into my room. Felt really unsafe as anyone was able to get in and out of the hotel.

Worst hotel ever

Stayed for business, unfamiliar with the area and it was close to the office. This is clearly where homeless crack heads live full time. Between the rock hard beds and the screams of drug induced terror all night i had very little rest. What can you do though, its Minneapolis. Import the 3rd world, become the 3rd world.
