"Hotel Route Inn Omagari was spotless, good breakfast and very nice hot baths. We have always had a good experience with these hotels. Small rooms but very adequate. "

"The hotel is right at the station, which made it incredibly convenient. It’s an unmanned hotel with check-in handled through a machine, but the staff I interacted with were very polite. My room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and fresh towels were available daily on request. There’s also a lounge area with vending machines, free tea and ice, plus extra toiletries if you need them."

"Perfectly clean room, very helpful staffs, and the wonderful view from the breakfast place. "

"the location is great for what it is, right next to the train station and japanese style room is good."

"We had a pleasant stay at Omagari Empire Hotel. The hotel may be slightly old-fashioned, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, just a short distance from Omagari Station, with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which made our stay very convenient. "Beautiful space - elegant, simple, comfortable, best dinner I’ve had on this trip. "

"This is a great place to have an authentic Japanese experience. The traditional rooms with tatami floors were spacious and clean. The bedding was light and warm. The onsen experience was very pleasant. The traditional breakfast was flavorful and so were the welcome snacks. Definitely a valuable experience for those visiting the area."

"Breakfast had a good spread with varieties for butter spread and the fruits were from local Japan which was delicious."

"All staff are excellent. We will definitely come back"

"Awesome place and super friendly staff. Great location!!"

"Was my second stay at Akita Castle Hotel and the quality continued to be excellent. "

"Very clean room, good breakfast, and staff very good , patient & helpful."

"The hotel was a huge suprise on the upside and excellent value. Fantastic location - close to the gardens, gallery, station and local izakayas. Very clean, lovely onsen and great breakfast."

"Very clean and quiet stay in a great location - highly recommend for the price!"

"Hotel is about an easy mile walk from the train station but is very near lots of eateries. Onsen is lovely, free ramen in the evenings made for a relaxing evening after a long day and the bread was nice."
