The front desk staff was very unenthusiastic and not at all welcoming, but not rude or anything. The room was not bad but the bed sheets were very wrinkled and almost looked slept on. The best thing about the room was the shower. I also was disapointed that there was not a complimentary breakfast included. Just some bagels or cereal or even coffee would have been nice. For almost $200 a night I think that is a reasonable request.
All in all I would look for other accommodations if I ever went back to Cleveland.
