We arrived & the overhead garage door was left up, with the door connecting into the house unlocked. "From the pictures, the house appeared older but clean, which I was fine with. However, when I arrived, the experience was quite different. The first sign was when I used a washcloth and noticed makeup stains still on it.The final straw was when I took a shower and grabbed a towel, only to find it was dirty. "Stayed here while a loved one was in ICU. Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was chosen for its proximity to the hospital. Reasonably priced in comparison to other motels in the area. My only complaint was the lack of carpeting which made the room seem less cozy, but the bathroom was nice in a cute little mod way. Room was small but very reasonable for just myself. The presence of a hair dryer in the room might be a good addition also as people who are coming from the hospital might arrive late in the evening and want dry hair before bed. Otherwise, very suitable for my needs. "

"Both evening and morning staff were extremely pleasant. The included breakfast had plenty of options. Even though it was right off the interstate, the traffic noise was not an issue. The only issue was the person in the room next to me deciding to play music at full blast early in the morning… The music itself was fine but not that loud at that hour. Nothing against the hotel though I’d stay again, no question."
